🔍 Job Description:

  • Conduct inventory control and stock counts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform daily follow-ups of stock comparison lists in Oddo system.
  • Resolve warehouse issues with support from the head office.
  • Engage in daily customer service activities to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage the repair and scrap of damaged warehouse units.
  • Coordinate parts procurement to support operations.
  • Convert direct orders from CRM to Oddo system seamlessly.

📋 Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Planning, with HVAC industry experience being an advantage.
  • Knowledge of logistics and planning processes.
  • Experience with Oddo system is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree graduate.
  • Certificate in logistics and supply chain management is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
