🔍 Job Description:
- Conduct inventory control and stock counts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform daily follow-ups of stock comparison lists in Oddo system.
- Resolve warehouse issues with support from the head office.
- Engage in daily customer service activities to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage the repair and scrap of damaged warehouse units.
- Coordinate parts procurement to support operations.
- Convert direct orders from CRM to Oddo system seamlessly.
📋 Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Planning, with HVAC industry experience being an advantage.
- Knowledge of logistics and planning processes.
- Experience with Oddo system is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree graduate.
- Certificate in logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
💼 Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal abilities.
